Real Estate Information

Another bit of activity in the Hood River real estate world.  The Knoll building and lots 6300 and 6201 (see 2003 aerial photo below) were formerly occupied by the Chrysler dealership on 12th Street, and most recently by a snowmobile business.  The transaction closed on October 14, 2010 for $1,010,000.  Buyers are a local business that will be relocating to this site.

The newly revamped website at Hood River Chamber of Commerce is nicely done.  www.hoodriver.org .  Some outstanding photography, and a welcoming, easy to use layout.

I'm pleased to have another great source of real estate loans in Hood River.  Ashley Nunamaker is a loan originator for Choice One Funding, working from the Nunamaker building.  She is very bright and very competent.  Ashley is also one of the principal brokers for Don Nunamaker, Realtors here in Hood River. 

All RMLS residential sales in Hood River County through September 30, 2010. Average YTD sales prices are trending up a bit from last month.  Over time it will be easy to look back at previous posts to see the difference month to month.  For now, go to the Facebook window on my home page to see the graph displaying last months #s.

RMLS residential sales numbers for 2010 in Hood River County are quickly approaching the total sales for 2009. It's been a busier selling season for me this year.  It's good to see the Hood River real estate market gaining a bit of momentum, albeit limited!
